Author and speaker Wendy (Wen Hui) Chi graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a licensed professional engineer and continues to work in this field as an assistant director of strategic operations in the state of Texas.
